Counselling services are offered to individuals, couples and families. Our counselling approaches are grounded in an integrated view of emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. Counselling services are focused on the unique situation of the individual, while supporting individuals in a range of life transitions and challenges. Our experience and expertise includes working with life experiences such as:
- Family and couple challenges
- Separation and divorce
- Illness and loss
- Experiences of abuse or violence
- Traumatic or painful experiences
- Managing life transitions
Counselling services are offered at 451 Daly Avenue, in Ottawa and 2249 Carling Avenue, in Ottawa.
Fees for counselling services are covered by most extended health care insurance plans. Counselling services are approved for the Victims Quick Response Program and for the Indigenous Services Canada Non-Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB) and the Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program (IRS RHSP).
Clinical Consultation services are available for workplace teams and individual practitioners for the purposes of enhancing and supporting counselling and psychotherapy services.
Group Services: Retreats, Learning Circles, Workshops
Working as a group with others who have a similar intention and focus for development and change offers opportunities for learning new competencies and strengthening life skills. All Group Services are offered in small groups, utilizing the format of a learning circle. The group services focus on working together to share collective knowledge, integrate new perspectives and information, develop skills sets, and provide support and reflective dialogue on how to implement the knowledge and skills in daily life.
Group Services that are offered for the purposes of:

- Connection to nature
- Integrated life balance
- Strengthening group purpose and group connection
These services have been offered to settings such as mental health teams, service providers that work with issues of trauma and community based workplaces and programs.
